It's tax day in Chicago. This is the last day it is allowed to snow in Chicago and it has been known to do it.
Today though, it is 9:00pm and dark and my thermometer outside still says that it is 80 friggin' degrees. Taxes and some knucklehead turns on the heater in one day. Tomorrow is supposed to be 88. I don't think I"ve ever turned the AC on in April before but tomorrow you never know.

Pay to the order of the IRS: $403 [Phil Ackley's Radio Thingumabob] // At least mine goes to the locals. Unemployed and the state of IL still wants 191 bucks. Go figure.
