Even though Quebec has the 3rd lowest smoking rate in Canada (!), I still feel like I'm dying a lot quicker here! Montreal needs a public smoking ban so badly.
I guess most of the 2nd hand smoke I inhale comes from the French hostel guests, however, and not Quebeckers. Furthermore, outside of Ontario and BC, the smoking rates hardly differ by much. For once I have something good to say about Ontario! (And bad about Manitoba -- it's #1)
