No snow side effects
After wettest summer comes driest winter
The most interesting speculation in the article is that snowless roads lead to higher speeds and therefore more deaths on the highway. I don't know that I agree. We have had some deaths because teens are driving SUVs filled with more people and therefore more deaths. Could I draw the same conclusion that SUVs lead to more deaths?
