An open letter to all of the employees of Rescue Medical Transport:
Just in case you haven’t herd, I have accepted a position with a company n Arizona. I want each of you to know that it has been a sincere pleasure building this company with you. I have never been more proud to be associated with a group of people as I have with all of you. Whether you realized it or not, I have learned something from every employee at RMT. I had a long funny list ready but this is harder to write than I imagined. (I’ll drop the funny stuff at some point next week.)
This company has come so far in such a short period of time that you all should share in my sense of pride. The obstacles that we have overcome would have taken a lesser company out of existence. Every sacrifice and extra effort on your part has allowed RMT to thrive. Know that I will be watching very closely from Tucson and I want nothing more than to come back and be able to say that I helped build that great company.
I will truly miss you all and thank you for all of your hard work.
I leave you with a sincere wish of success and happiness. Make me regret my decision.
