Match Drilling: Rudder Stiffeners ... OOPS     Was going really good, got the stiffeners match drilled to one side of the rudder. Then it hit .. my first REAL OOPS .. I found that the remaining stiffeners had been cut incorrectly. None of the holes really lined up. A lesson that we could learn; don't work when overly tired ... I really didn't look at the drawing and the parts quite long enough. Replace ments ordered ... Van's says expect three day delvery.   _   In the mean time, moving right along to the elevator, here I am cutting more stiffeners. These are more like all alike, so the chances of getting most of them right are a little better. 12:02:23 AM    comment []
