Got the rudder assembled ... all the way to the place in the instructions that calls for application of fuel tank sealant (it's not Pro Seal any more) to the trailing edge. Theory is that glueing the parts, two skins and the apex wedge between them, will help keep the trailing edge straight as it is riveted together.

Went back to complete the horizontal stabilizer. Had a problem when I tried to use the new torque wrench the first time ... twisted the bolt right off.
