Steve Waring has released SWHTTPClient11. An HTTP Client library for Dolphin Smalltalk.
If you think Smalltalk can't work well outside of its own environment, take a look at Dolphin. I purchased the professional version of version 4 a couple of years back and never regretted it. The integration into Windows is fantastic. "Programming in the Debugger" as a style of programming is great.
Dolphin Smalltalk was the only environment on Windows to really seriously tempt me away from Lisp/Dylan.
