Not much dynamic programming stuff happening at the moment unfortunately. Currently my free time is spent ramping up my knowledge of Maya 5 and writing libraries to import/export Maya objects from/to another program. It's fun stuff, Maya and Massive are a great combination. If you were at SIGGRAPH 2003 you may have seen some of the Maya/Massive integration demoed.

Massive got used in the creation of the new Radiohead music video for their song 'Go to Sleep'. The people milling the streets in the video were generated with Massive. You can read about it in an article by the creators of the video, The Mill. This would be the most visible use of Massive since its use in the Lord of the Rings (LOTR) movies.

What is Lojban arrived from Amazon today. It's a nice looking paperback book, purple cover with the lojban logo on the front. The lojban community did a great job on it.

Fastmail.fm, a web based email provider are having a tough time of it at the moment. I use them for my email and they've been very good. Unfortunately they were down for a few hours recently due to the powercuts and now they have a database error and have been out of action for 12 hours. Hopefully they'll be up sometime soon...If you've not had any email replies from me now you know why.
