The source code to the C750 and C760 ROM has been released by Sharp. The page containing the download links are in Japanese. The Babelfish Japanese to English translation is reasonably good. 11:36:01 PM

When doing a full reset of the Zaurus you'll find that the Java tab is missing. The relevant file to re-install Java is available as a .ipk on the CD-ROM that came with the Zaurus. See this thread for details. 11:32:52 PM
