GARRINGREEN HOTSPOT -- In 2002, revenue from video games overtook revenue from cinema ticket sales. J.K. Rowling, the creator of Harry Potter, earned more money than the Queen of England in 2002. She derived almost half of her £280m fortune from merchandising revenue. Her first two Harry Potter games sold more than 15m copies. She may earn an additional £10m with a new quidditch (magic broom) game.
