"What kind of peace do I mean? What kind of peace do we seek? Not a Pax Americana enforced on the world by American weapons of war. Not the peace of the grave or the security of the slave. I am talking about genuine peace, the kind of peace that makes life on earth worth living, the kind that enables men and nations to grow and to hope and to build a better life for their children - not merely peace for Americans but peace for all men and women - not merely peace in our time but peace for all time." -- JFK

North Korea's nuclear play is not a crisis, it's a catastrophe. People should remember that this is a catastrophe of Bush's creation. Clinton did exactly the right thing with North Korea, even if it's hard to be enthusiastic about the approach. Bush came along, seeking to provoke NK, and succeeded. Poor George just wasn't planning for NK to interrupt his Iraq war propaganda, and make him look like the blithering idiot that he is.

Only complete whores could make a case that the Bush-lette team is anything other than the worst dregs of bozo-dom, starting with DICK, and going on down to the lowest political hacks out to destroy the environment to improve cashflow at the corporations that will soon hire them for huge salaries as payoff.
