"What kind of peace do I mean? What kind of peace do we seek? Not a Pax Americana enforced on the world by American weapons of war. Not the peace of the grave or the security of the slave. I am talking about genuine peace, the kind of peace that makes life on earth worth living, the kind that enables men and nations to grow and to hope and to build a better life for their children - not merely peace for Americans but peace for all men and women - not merely peace in our time but peace for all time." -- JFK

Tried to escape from Intuit's spam.

Ha ha.

First evil thing is the doubleclick web bug image -- anon.doubleclick.speedera.net. Yeah, maybe doubleclick would never invade my privacy. Second evil thing, it didn't actually let me unsubscribe to their spam list. Instead, it said "Invalid session id". I looked in the source of the page, and in an HTML comment it said "Thank you for deciding to let us keep you informed about our products, services and value-added offers." Ha ha.

I might have succeeded. Turns out they were trying to set a cookie. When I turned cookies on -- even though I refused the cookie manually -- I got "E-mail Preference Confirmed". If it really worked, the only weird thing is that they promise to send me an email to tell me they won't send me any more emails.
