- UnButton uses AppleScript and UNIX commands to expand (via drag and drop) gzip and tar files ending in tar, z, gz, and gzip. Source code is available. Changes in this version: Fixed a problem with having spaces and special characters in the destination path. Completely rewritten to have an interface. Has a setting for expanded files location.
