Interesting. I'm on the fence with regards to hypnosis. one the one hand I have seen people who were hypnotized do some amazing things. On the other hand, James Randi has some rather strong opinions on the role of hypnosis, especially with regards to repressed memories (scroll down for the story "Recovered Memories in the UK).
