This should also be a huge boon for wireless computing, as I see a market for aftermarket replacement antennas for base stations, as well as improving the range on adapter cards inside existing systems.

Interesting... I recall a friend of mine had a similar problem with his Playstation 2 when it first came out. I wonder if they are made in the same factory, or if it is the same supplier's part that is causing this.
