Commentary: Jack still does not get it. People are not pirating stuff because they can, or because it's cheap. People want to test drive stuff before they buy it. if the studios wanted to be smart about this (and somewhat evil) they would flood the channels with lo-fi versions of their copyrighted materials, making it very hard to sort the wheat from the chaff.

Commentary: Couldn't have had anything to do with the massive recession we had here in the US last year, or the hit we took to all retail post 9-11-2001. Nope, it's the pirates, with their CD burners and their file sharing. I'm sure the rest of retial will be glad to know that.
