Defective Book: Leading Systems
The next book on my reading list is Barry Oshry's "Leading Systems". Unfortunately, the copy I have is defective. In place of chapter 3 and most of chapter 4 there is chapter 2 from some other book. I sent email to the publisher, Berrett-Koehler. Let's see what they do...
