Flooded with redesign
In between watching the rivers rise, I spent some time this weekend redesigning the Court's main opinions page. (Moved all styling to external css, added skip link, better navigation, improved readability, etc.) At the bottom of the left-hand sidebar, I placed links to four RSS feeds, making us the first court of last resort to sport the familiar white-on-orange XML buttons. Though I've been writing the court weblogs and rss feeds for nearly a year, I have never linked to these pages from the main opinions page. I wanted the weblogs to mature and stabilize, I guess, before I featured them on the main entry page to the court's Web site. But there's no turning back now; links to the various weblogs are featured all over the main opinions page. Next up: rolling these changes out to other relevant pages. 11:27:01 AM [Permanent Link]
