Table games suit update
The Court has requested a response to petitioner's motion to expedite by Tuesday, May 8, 2007. 4:06:10 PM [Permanent Link]Mandamus petition filed challenging constitutionality of table games in West Virginia A petition for writ of mandamus was filed this afternoon challenging the constitutionality of West Virginia's recently-passed table games legislation. All papers filed in the case are posted on the Media Selected Cases page of the Court's website. We will keep that page up-to-date as new filings are made.
