I agree, and would add that courts and other public information providers should use blogs, RSS feeds, and whatever else it takes to get the information out there. Courts could be providing a much more robust back end for lawyer/writers like Ernie and Denise -- imagine a world where these clear-thinking writers could subscribe to court RSS feeds and translate the judicial decisions correctly, well before mainstream journalism gets it wrong (or incomplete). This is already happening on a small scale -- Denise and Ernie recently clarified a journalist's overly broad reading of a ruling on inline linking. 9:05:22 AM![]()
