Tip o' the hat to Paul Ford of FTrain.com, who penned a letter to the United States Supreme Court on Monday asking that the high court make dockets, opinions and orders available in RSS format. He even cites my efforts here in West Virginia. Ford's letter to the court is part of a series of Four Letters to the United States, in which he urges the White House, the Senate, and the House of Representatives to increase public awareness of governmental activities by making RSS available. Today I posted updates--covering eighteen new opinions filed over the past month--to the weblog pages and RSS feeds I maintain for the West Virginia Supreme Court. If you're new to this site, I also publish several official weblog pages for West Virginia's court of last resort, in my capacity as Clerk of Court. We have four newsfeeds available:  Recent Opinions,  Civil,  Criminal, and  Family. The feeds are condensed versions of the main content on the recent opinions page, the civil topics page, the criminal topics page, and the family topics page.
