Jinn?
According to critics, an eavesdropper, constantly striving to go behind the curtains of heaven in order to steal divine secrets. May grant wishes.

A closed mind is like a closed book, just a block of wood (chinese proverb)
What does it mean for a mind to be closed? NINO: nothing in, nothing out. In other words, neither listening to others nor learning from them, and neither giving feedback nor sharing one's experience. Being closed is the path of least effort, while being open requires values and will.

Project debriefs (aka after-action reviews aka post-mortems) are not happening. Why? some say it requires too much work — but when asked to give 5 minutes of their time, they won't even do it; some say it should be done by someone else — in effect stating that they themselves have nothing of value to contribute; some say they already know best practices and understand their own lessons learnt — so they don't need to spend any time analysing, synthesizing, or discussing those; others say they would prefer to have a reflective, recording process during the project — but they are not doing anything like that. So many excuses. It all goes back to values and will. [this item]
