The creative class

Individualism, multitude, tolerance and meritocracy are the most important values for creative people today. Money isn't the sole motivator, but challenges, responsibility and flexibility and ... acknowledgement from our peers ... IT companies made a mistake to think that it was the stock options or other economic benefits that attracted people. Instead, it is the corporate culture and their desire to express their creativity that drives the creative class. I'm also a member of the creative "class"!
