Friday Five:
  1. How many TVs do you have in your home? one since last September, it's my girlfriend's; I had none during the previous three years
  2. On average, how much TV do you watch in a week? between zero and two hours (i.e. sometimes watching a movie or documentary)
  3. Do you feel that television is bad for young children? as with everything, the dose makes the poison; I think (note: not "feel") that TV can be a disvalue to the development of children, because it encourages them to be passive for long stretches of time, but I wouldn't want to deprive them of (good) cartoons
  4. What TV shows do you absolutely HAVE to watch, and if you miss them, you're heartbroken? none
  5. If you had the power to create your own television network, what would your line-up look like? even if I had, I wouldn't  [this item]
