Open your complexly formatted Word document.
File | Export To | Compact HTML (much brittle garbage removed, img tags use relative URLs)
Put the HTML file and its companion "files" folder in an appropriate place in Radio space (a Stories)
Run the HTML file through Tidy: e.g. Tidy HTMLFile.htm > CleanerStill.html
