Stephen Wolfram's Principia Mathematica "A New Kind of Science" has finally arrived at my favourite Scottish bookshop at Strathclyde University, about four months after I had ordered it. Since the staff there is an A-team both of efficiency as well as friendliness I started to wonder about the nature of the axis of special relationship USA-UK. With 1197 pages, excluding the index, my bedtime reading is mapped out for some time to come.
