The Hunt

SUMMARY:	Buffy, Luna, and Dawn join the Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith on a hunt across the galaxy for X (Not idea what X is...)
SPOILERS:	All seasons of BtVS. HP: post-HBP

I really don't know if I'll ever write this. Just writing it down for future contemplation. This very rough idea might not resemble anything I eventually might write.

1. Buffy and Dawn are out shopping (or something) and get trapped by some viscious demons.

   Note: Dawn doesn't know about Luna... but she does know Buffy has plans for the weekend "somewhere else" (and not for the first time)... and Buffy has refused to tell her/Willow/Giles what she does on these 'little trips' or with whom.

2. Things are looking grim for the Summers sisters when they are rescued by Luna, a bit peeved (in a Luna kind of way, of course)that Buffy has missed (even though she hadn't yet) their weekend (The Doctor was visiting Lady Sarah and offered Luna a ride in the TARDIS to find out what happened.)

   (Just imagine Luna storming (sort of - I can't imagine her storming anywhere) out of the TARDIS, throwing curses right and left.)

3. The Doctor drags the three women off on an adventure, with a stop to pick up a much younger Sarah Jane Smith (We did know that Lady Sarah is an older Sarah Jane Smith?)
4. Adventure happens.
5. The Doctor drops them back at home - several days later? (in their timeline)

Questions/Things to think about:

• What is the Doctor up to? What exactly is he hunting?
• What is Dawn's reaction to Buffy/Luna going to be?
• And what about Willow? Is she going to "freak" because Dawn and Buffy are missing?
