How AU is this really?

• It's a Buffy/Willow shipper fic (more ship than slash)
• BtVS Season 7 doesn't happen as written, if at all:
  • The First doesn't show up in Sunnydale
  • The whole "Beneath you it devours" thing doesn't happen.
  • No Spike in Sunnydale - no one knows where he is.
  • Hellmouth High is rebuilt as we see it in Season 7 and Dawn's first day there mostly resembled the start of Season 7 (So we can have Kit and Carlos as Dawn-friends if I need to use them. Not sure about Robin Wood yet.). But no Spike.

  The Buffyverse canon-clock stops there more or less - so anything on Angel that occurred during Seasons 4 and 5 also doesn't happen.

• The Council of Watchers has changed - details as the story progresses. They aren't evil, just misunderstood.
• The differences between "Keeper" style vampires and werewolves and BtVS vampires and werewolves MIGHT be explained but they will be acknowledged at some point.

Notes:

The Keeper Chronicles have a humorous undertone. I don't know if I can write like that. But that is the goal once we get past the prologue.
