From: Kevin C,
Subject: I'm having InboxDoctor problems too.

Rick,

I read your comments re InboxDoctor, which I accessed from a Google search. I purchased and installed this software last week. I am now getting fatal exceptions from IE. I haven't even configured the software yet because I need help filling in the "incoming mail server" field on the set-up. The company help has not replied to my e-mail, and their phone number is an answering machine. Sound familiar? I would like to know more about your experiece with InboxDoctor, if you wouldn't mind taking the time to reply.

Thanks, Kevin C

Hi Kevin,

I assume that either the pricipals of the InboxDoctor company are: 1) hospitalized, 2) dead, or 3) frauds.

I have been unable to reach them or get any kind of satisfaction from them. They answer neither emails nor phone calls.

I'm afraid I have had to write off the expense. I don't expect to recover. If you do find a way to reach them, I'd certainly appreciate hearing about it.

I have swiched to Mcafee's Spamkiller, which does everything I want. Not perfect, but it has helped with the 900+ spam I've gotten in the past month.

Hope it helps,

Rick
