Comments: There has been a lot of controversy for 30 years around low-carb diets that include plenty of protein and fats but very low carbs. I hav eto say that the people I know that have lost considerable weight and kept it off have done so with high protein, low-carb diets, with moderate fat. The results of "low fat" diets seem to be yo-yo loss/gain and long term obesity.
