More on Inboxdoctor. (www.inboxdoctor.com) As you may recall, I tried their product, it did not work (at least on my system), and I tried through every mechanism available to me to get the promised refund including email to all their addresses, telephone calls, and even trying to work through the credit card company (which was fruitless). No return contact and no refund.
I strongly (!!) recommend that if you are interested in this product that you make contact with an individual first and DO NOT order it online. My experience has been one of fraud, misrepresentation, and a total absence of customer contact. I am willing to hold open the idea that the principals are hospitalized or some other situation which makes it impossible for them to respond. But from a legal standpoint, they have an obligation to honor their money back guarantee, and they quite simple DID NOT.
A product that DOES work, costs half as much ($19.99) and is from a company with superb support and a 30 day trial is iHateSpam by Sunbelt Software.
