Hi everyone. Since I had a second, I thought that I would catch everyone up! Avi is with Kay-Kay right now taking an art class, which she LOVES! When she gets a little older they are going to add a gym class as well. It is great for me to have some time at home by myself! She has taken to carrying around pieces of fruit, or a fruit cup. At least she will never go hungry! It is just really weird that other NORMAL children have things like security blankets, Nuks, and animals, and my daughter has security fruit!
Nat has been busy working on our basement - we are finishing out a playroom / guest bedroom. He finished putting the second coat of paint on the walls last night and now just has the ceiling, and wood trim to install. We are then just left with carpet, which we have also picked out - so we are almost done! He is still REALLY enjoying his job and it is keeping him busy! He recently got over a horrible flu, which led to a sinus infection, but he is feeling better now and it is so nice to have my husband back!
I am busy trying to reorganize my life before this baby comes . . . I have succeeded in putting all of Avi's pictures to date in albums (I get inspiration from my Aunt Sue Ellen!). I still need to sort through baby clothes and get things ready in general for #2. I have recently become a La Leche League leader and led my first meeting last month in February. I was VERY nervous, but it went REALLY well! We had a great group of women, most of whom are pregnant, and they basically led the meeting themselves! It was a wonderful experience. I have three friends who have had babies in the last two weeks - all of them are girls, which makes me think that this one is a girl! Who knows! I go to the doctor next week, which then starts my weekly appointments. Not much longer! I am planning on scanning and posting more recent pictures within the next couple of days.
