From Nick Jordan, Good grief, I've just found a help file which is actually helpful! At any moment I expect a winged pig to drift past my window. All too true.  Why can't anyone figure out how to write these.  They should get bloggers to do it for them!

David Weinberger posted his speach that he's giving on IM before he made it so we, the humble folk who use it could review it and pass along what we thought.  In his words, "kick the shit out of it now so I won't look like a total fucking moron on Thursday. "  Dave is one of the authors of The Cluetrain Manifesto, a book that sadly I've only read parts of but need to sit down and read one day.  It offers great insights on the marketing world and the idea of markets as coversations.

Doc asks how we only notice that we're injured while sleeping. At least you can sleep and aren't up blogging at 6 in the morning Doc!

From Yahoo News, courtesy of Ben Sullivan.  The Nine Non-Settling states have decided that they too can be dictators and are now telling Microsoft not only what products to make but how to make them.  This is getting kind of rediculous.  The government has no business telling a company what kind of products to make.  See my rant yesterday to read my solution.

In a related note you can read the transcripts of Steve Ballmer's and Jim Allchin's depositions at the Microsoft Legal Site.

Wow, another early start to the day for me.  I'm not used to being up this early but I haven't been able to sleep much because one of my teeth is driving me nutz.  The internet is so quiet this time of day.  Not many people posting and updating so I think I'll take a look at weblogs.com and see if I can find some new friends to read.  If I find some good ones I'll pass em along.
