As usual I'm a little late on posting this but until the last few days I haven't been doing much posting period.  Channel9 is the product of a group of guys at Microsoft who basicly lug around a camera and let you get in touch with the people who write the code for what most of us use every day of our lives.  There are almost daily video updates with interviews from various employees which have included people from the ClearType team, the MSDN team, Chris Sells and more.  There are also loads of discussion boards and other ways for you to get in touch with each other and the Microsoft team.  This is yet another attempt to put the human face back on Microsoft and help rebuild the trust that they've let slip away over the years.  The Borg Machine speaks and has a face now.  It's harder to hate them when you see how excited they get.

I don't normally post a lot of pictures here but this one is really cool so I'll make an exception.  This is a version of the Bliss wallpaper that's in XP with a storm rolling in.  It's a little darker than the original but makes for another excellent wallpaper.  This combined with the default blue theme with XP make for a very consistent look all the way across.  I'm not sure where this came from so if I'm violating anyone's copyrights please let me know immediately and I'll take it down.  I found it over in the NeoWin forums.
