I am having significant sleep issues. I just cannot get to sleep - even with Ambien. I hang around on the cusp but just can't get over the edge into sleep.
The neurologist on my fibro e-mail list says that Ambien is at best a neutral drug for FMS and is actually a poor drug for Stage IV sleep. He stated that Benadryl and even Sominex are better. Hmmmm...I think I may go to the drug store tomorrow.
