So here I sit, sipping on a 1990 Silver Oak (fabulous but needs to breathe), blogging, and switching between the Women's Basketball Final (UConn is up by 12 over OU sigh...) and the first baseball game of the season. Peter has just toddled off to grill steaks. Hmmm....I think this must be one of those peak life moments!

BIG NEWS FLASH: The Moose is back!
Here's our moose munching down on one our Mugo Pines. Note the big spot above the eye - this would indicate that our little 2 year calf is not a female! The spot is where the right antler will grow:
