Tonight, my great buddy Lucy and I had our now traditional yearly dinner at Barolo. This is the 4th year in a row that we've done Barolo and as always, it was just exquisite.
Fabulous Northern Italian food and an Italian wine list to die and go to heaven for.
Tonight's wine was a 2000 Oltre (Red Tuscan Wine) by Roberto Cosimi. A wonderful bottle of wine - big, chewy, and tarry. Just the way I like my Italian!!!!!
This evening, I am definitely a happy, albeit somewhat sloshy slat rat.
