Thursday, July 18, 2002       Now I've seen what the Gov't can do with good software and I've seen software they bought.  Not sure I'd let them provide me with software.  My experience is those in the civil service aren't the sharpest tools in the shed.  To be fair there are some very sharp people working for us.  I am a tax payer.  There just isn't the same amount of competition found in the public sector.  There are hundreds, if not thousands, of public sector software companies.  There is only one U.S. Gov't.  Read on...
