Spare entry...

Koyo ES Lunch with 5ths- rice, chopsticks, milk

Of course, if it's raining, it must be Koyo Elementary School. It really does seem that almost every time I go, it's raining- although today it had actually stopped- or, at least, taken a break for a while- by the time I left the office.

While the typhoon didn't come our way in the end, the downpour was certainly worthy of a typhoon. To call it torrential would be an understatement. I'd considered walking to work, but when my trousers were soaked from the knees down before I'd even got to the end of the road, I did the only sensible thing- I caught the bus. Even so, just getting on and off the bus- after taking my umbrella down, and before putting it up- got me close to soaking.
