I didn't even know that McDonald's wasn't doing as well as before, but apparently shares are at a seven-year low. Anyway, this article has 10 suggestions for the company. They're most applicable to the American market, but the article is an interesting read nevertheless.

It's good not to have much to do in a day. It means I can catch up with the little things that get left undone when I'm busy with more important things. It will be good to have everything up to date again, especially as I have the day off tomorrow (have to use the last day of summer holiday!). Now, if only I could summon the energy ('courage' might be a better word...) to clear my desk...
