I must be ill. Really ill. I started watching one of the X-Files DVDs, but I got bored after just one episode... I'd say there's a fair possibility that, given the way I'm feeling at the minute, this might be the last post I ever make to the Breakfast Show...

At just after seven this evening, there was an earthquake- one that lasted for a good few seconds. It wasn't particularly big, but nevertheless I think it was stronger than the magnitude 2 that was quoted for Etajima on the television. I think I'll give it a unilateral upgrading to magnitude 3, just for Washibe- I mean, if you're only going to get a '2', it's hardly worth bothering with the earthquake in the first place...!

Probably a good job I have nothing planned, in fact, because I feel distinctly unwell. I have a stiff neck, a throbbing head (well, a throbbing little area above my right eye), a fever, and, to top it all, an upset stomach. Perfect. It's not the effects of last night's whisky, though- just about the one ailment I don't have is a hangover- and I'm fairly sure it's not the curry either. I think I'll take the arbitrary decision to blame it all on the bisho-nabe. Yes, definitely the bisho-nabe...

A leisurely Sunday, after the whirlwind of excitement that was home-made chicken curry last night. Until work on Tuesday morning, I have absolutely nothing planned...
