What I did today
Today, I...
Went for a tour of the Naval Base with the International Club from Kubokawa;
Spent the afternoon with Osaki-kun at my house.
If they film a fourth Austin Powers, then the setting will be Nomi Lodge. It wasn't straight out of the 1960s, it was the 1960s. All the way from the lime green linoleum (complete with a tasteful yellowish tile pattern) to the thick glass 'ashtray' bowls from which cold spaghetti was served for breakfast. Superb! I'd had my doubts about spending the night here, but after only five minutes or so, I was converted. I'll say it now and unequivocally: everybody should stay here at least once before they die. And if you can dig out the flares, so much the better!
