I needed to find a C implementation of SOAP. If you’re a C programmer who likes to, ahem, reuse as much code as possible, you’ve probably run into the problem of finding a search term for Google that is specific to C and doesn’t return just any page. Anyway, xmlrpc-epi looks to be it.
