My current uptime for the TiBook is almost eleven days; I last restarted due to a System Update. It worked flawlessly with the wireless access point (LinkSys) and the router (LinkSys as well) when I installed that last week.

Ditto the Lombard (OS9) with its Orinoco—we had an AirPort BaseStation that broke a while back—though it took more configuration, but since it had originally been configured, it was just a matter of selecting the proper TCP/IP and AppleTalk settings and turning on the AirPort.

Edward’s Toshiba with its new Linksys wireless card is not faring so well. I may have scroggled the driver installation, though I swore I followed the directions. His tower Mac upstairs should be able to connect up, since it had connected to the AP Base, but he ditched the settings during a reinstall of the OS 9, so I must e-mail him the setup. Or print them out. He will not put in OS X. Understandable.
