I caught Crossing Jordan’s pilot on the TiVo tonight. I usually only caught it on occasion while on site in a hotel wondering why I wasn’t going out to someplace new to eat. Jill Hennessy is so hot; Miguel Ferrer is so cool. No chemistry between them whatsoever in the pilot, but if recollection serves more characters are introduced that click. Anyway, their subplots did not much intertwine.

Trying to set up a masquerading firewall on the TiBook using ipfw. I started GRR Martin’s Storm of Swords on the train this morning, but did not get far, though the reading was compelling. Why? Well, it was the express, albeit delayed. And then, on the subway, that pretty (Korean?) girl I saw earlier in March or February. I had thought she was coming earlier than me; the subway I got on was the 9:15 A to Broadway/Nassau—she was coming later. She reminds me of someone I knew in summer school, one of Jerry’s friends perhaps, the one who liked Erasure? Perhaps.
