> Not a PDA, not yet a laptop.

nexio.jpgThe space between laptops and handhelds has become something of a no-man's land for the computing industry, with relatively few products out that there don't fall squarely into one category or the other. Samsung has a new handheld computer from Samsung called the NEXiO S160 that's larger and more powerful than a Pocket PC, but still small enough to be easily carried around. The S160 has a 400MHz processor, built-in 802.11b, a 5-inch transflective screen, 128MB of RAM, 64MB of flash ROM, and runs Windows CE.NET (rather than the Pocket PC operating system). Even has an optional keyboard cover attachment. Comes out early this year.
