NEW YORK (AP) -- It's a publishing sensation: the fictional account of a college student who takes care of the pampered 4-year-old of a wealthy Park Avenue couple.
"The Nanny Diaries," by former nannies Emma McLaughlin and Nicola Kraus, has been at the top of best-seller lists since the book's release in March. An initial run of 25,000 copies has exploded to over 550,000, with more editions planned.
