Birthday dinner
It was my wife's birthday this past Thursday. She requested my Rack of Lamb stuffed with Garlic and Herbs for dinner. So I made that for her and her parents, sister, and brother-in-law. I made three racks this time. It came out a little more rare than usual, next time I'll have to bump up the time if I am doing more than one rack. 3:03:07 AM
