This setting of bits of Benjamin's Arcades strengthens a long-held suspicion: Benjamin's work is hypertext avant la lettre. In good part a meditation on Baudelaire in his historical moment, it was conceived and constructed as if in expectation of hypertext's being fashioned. It fits like an expensive glove.
Found on Wood s Lot, which also points to a fascinating piece on Lukacs. Both pieces sit on Other Voices.
