i slept in and then spent most of the day watching tv and doing stuff on my computer. returning emails, managing my accounts, blah, blah, blah.
i went running for 90 min. it's pretty cold out there too. i hadn't run in over a week so i wanted to get in some decent miles.
then i took a bath and shower to get warm. did i tell you we have no heat here cause the heater doesn't work? it's so cold!! i sit around in hat, gloves, slippers and blanket. bedtime sucks! i guess the part we need for the furnace won't be in until next week but the company lent us some space heaters. i just turned one on; i hope it works well.
now i'm making rice for dinner and i'll mix it with some cream of mushroom soup. i'd like something more substancial but i don't have it. jonathan doesn't seem to go to the grocery very often and riding my bike isn't the most fun.
i think i'm going to watch 'a beautiful mind' while i eat. i really had no desire to see that actor, i can't think of his name now, of yeah russell crowe, in any more movies but there's not much on tv.

I love giraffes! I wish I had a pet giraffe and I would name it Mr. Giraffe. One time I had a pet elephant and his name was Loyal. I sent him a letter in The Jungle when I was in undergrad but I don't think it made it there. Loyal was cool! There's nothing better than playing with doggie and kittie poop in Parasitology, except maybe looking at all the dead stuff in necropsy. |
